Each Thursday (except Holidays) Desert Stonewall Democrats set up a booth at Village Fest with the primary purpose of registering voters. Of course we also engage the public in conversations on a wide range of topics and thereby increase awareness of LGBT issues and Democratic values. The weekly booth is also a valuable source of income for the club through donations received for buttons, bumper stickers and items bearing the club’s logo.

A small group of dedicated individuals do most of the hard work but appreciate any and all help. If you are interested and can spare a couple of hours to help at the booth, please contact us info@desert-stonewall.org. We’d be delighted to have you join us.
